"The Monkey(s) and the Goat"

The monkey was tied. And so was the goat.

They sat side by side and watched the bag of flour that the master had left. Just in reach. Inticed that they both were it was the monkey that reached and ate the flour.

Once finished the monkey wiped his hands on the goats face.

The master upon returning found the bag empty. Seeking a culprit he saw the flour on the goats face. And he beat the goat. Building his truth that the goat had eaten the flour.

And so it was.

The monkey eats and we are blamed.

And so it is.

WAPDA people eat and we are blamed. Compensations apparently paid are never paid. The state in whichever (dis)guise eats and we are blamed.

And so it goes.

Who is the master? Can we be the goat and the master?

Lok Sath 'the goat as the master'.

And so it becomes.
