Subject: Demand for transparency and information disclosure pertaining to the GRSC

Dear Mr. Sedgwick,

I hope you would have received my previous email message concerning the issue of transparency and information disclosure with regard to the Grievance Redress and Settlement Committee (GRSC). Today, I have come to know that the GRSC has submitted the Final Report to the Government of Pakistan and the Asian Development Bank in October 2003. I would like to ask that the Final Report of the GRSC should also be shared with the inspection requesters so that they can formulate their response.

Last but not least, I expect that the selection process of the Chashma Inspection Panel and the finalization of terms of references (ToRs) will be transparent and we will be consulted in this process.
